Michigan Filter & Fleet Supply's 8-Step Filter Cleaning & Reconditioning
Process:

Filters are pre-inspected for any physical damage

Filters are pre-vacuumed to remove all loose dirt & contaminate

Filters are washed in one of three washers, depending on the condition of the
filter

Filters are placed in a specially designed filter drier to assure proper drying
-
After drying filters are light tested to show any voids in the medias
-
All filters are air flow tested to assure proper air flow in the medias
-
Filters are checked for loose gaskets, fins are replaced and end caps are
painted

Filters are placed in a NEW box to be returned to you so you can install them
with confidence
All of our cleaned filters are fully warranted against defective workmanship.
Your manufacturer's warranty CAN NOT be voided by using our cleaned
filters.
